The Midlife Reframe takes everything the Pulse surfaces and builds on it across eight days. To date, every bootcamp participant has shifted positively across all five pillars of the transition.

It's built from neuroscience, applied positive psychology, and behavioural science and designed to be practical, not theoretical. Around 15 minutes a day. You'll revisit your Midlife Pulse at the end to see what's shifted.
