The Midlife Reframe is an 8-day online experience designed to help women make sense of the psychological, emotional and identity shifts of perimenopause and build practical tools to move forward with clarity and self-trust.Â

How it works
- 8 days
- ~15 minutes per day
- Short videos (3–5 minutes) of Berni and Nic
- Guided reflections and practical exercises
- Optional community connection with women having similar experiences

About Berni and Nic
With formal training in applied positive psychology, public health and adult learning, we’ve spent well over a decade designing and delivering evidence-informed wellbeing and behaviour change programs across health, education and organisational settings.
The Midlife Reframe translates this experience into practical tools to support women through the psychological and identity shifts of midlife.
What we’re seeing so far
We’ve started to track participant experience and outcomes across each cohort. While this is early data, the patterns are consistent and encouraging.
Across five key areas of midlife wellbeing, participants report meaningful improvements after completing the Midlife Reframe, particularly in how they understand themselves, relate to their emotions, and approach what comes next.
These scores are based on self-reported reflections before and after the program using the Fluxx Midlife Pulse.
