Why this bootcamp exists  Â
In her late 40s, Berni was navigating perimenopause while stepping into senior leadership, experiencing firsthand the cognitive and identity shifts this transition can bring.
In her early 40s, Nic was noticing a different signal: the cultural messaging about women’s midlife flooding her social feeds, often suggesting that something dreadful was coming.
From these different vantage points, they noticed the same gap.
Where was the work that helped women understand what was happening to their brains, their emotions and their identity?
They couldn’t find it. So they built it.
Drawing on applied psychology, professional practice, and countless conversations with women navigating midlife, the Midlife Reframe was created to help you move through this stage of life feeling steadier, clearer and more confident.
