Fluxx Online Programs

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all participants who register for and access any online programs offered by Fluxx (“Program”) delivered via the Kajabi platform.

By registering, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Fluxx

Fluxx (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides psychology-informed online education, coaching, and consulting services. Our online educational experiences are designed to support personal development and wellbeing.

2. Educational Purpose Only

The Program is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or psychological treatment.

Participation does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or similar relationship.

If you are experiencing significant mental health distress, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate.

4. Access to the Program

Upon registration and payment, you will receive access to the Program through Kajabi. Access is personal to you and must not be shared with another person.  You must not share login details or distribute Program materials.

Where permitted under these Terms, you may request to transfer your enrolment to a future cohort of the same Program. This does not permit you to transfer, sell, gift, assign or otherwise provide your access to another person without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including videos, text, graphics, worksheets, and branding is owned by Fluxx and protected under copyright law.

You may use materials for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

6. Community Conduct (if applicable)

If the Program includes group calls, forums, or discussions, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and supportive
  • Maintain confidentiality of others’ shared experiences
  • Not provide medical or psychological advice to other participants

We reserve the right to remove participants who breach these expectations.

7. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participating in the Program. Individual experiences will vary.

The Program is designed to provide education, reflection and practical tools. It does not guarantee changes to symptoms, mental health, relationships, work, wellbeing or life circumstances.

8. Payments, Refunds & Transfers

8.1 Fees  

Fees are outlined at the time of registration.

8.2 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Program, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted, except under our 2-Day Resonance Guarantee or as required under Australian Consumer Law.

8.3 2-Day Resonance Guarantee

We want The Midlife Reframe to feel useful, relevant and worthwhile. If, after completing the first two days of the Program, you feel that the Program is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund under our 2-Day Resonance Guarantee.

To be eligible, you must:

  1. have enrolled in a paid cohort of The Midlife Reframe;
  2. complete Day 1 and Day 2 of the Program within four calendar days of the cohort start date;
  3. submit your refund request by email to connect@fluxxco.com.au within four calendar days of the cohort start date; and
  4. include a brief note letting us know that the Program did not resonate or was not the right fit for you.

Where these conditions are met, we will refund the amount you paid for the Program to your original payment method.

Refunds under the 2-Day Resonance Guarantee are available once per person and do not apply to complimentary places, prize vouchers, transferred enrolments, or participants who have not completed the first two days of the Program within the required timeframe.

Once a refund is processed, your access to the Program, community, resources and related materials will be removed.

8.4 Transfer of Enrolment

We understand that life happens. If your circumstances change and you are no longer able to participate in your booked cohort, you may request to transfer your enrolment to a future cohort of The Midlife Reframe.

Transfer requests must be made by email to connect@fluxxco.com.au before the end of Day 2 of your booked cohort.

Where a suitable future cohort is available, we will transfer your enrolment at no additional cost. Each enrolment may be transferred once only.

Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within six months of the original cohort start date.

Transferred enrolments are not eligible for the 2-Day Resonance Guarantee unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If you do not participate in your booked cohort, do not request a transfer within the required timeframe, or do not participate in your transferred cohort, your enrolment will be considered used and no refund or further transfer will be available, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

8.5 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds, transfers or other remedies outside the 2-Day Resonance Guarantee will be considered in line with these Terms and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fluxx is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Third-Party Platforms (Kajabi)

The Program is hosted on Kajabi. Your use of the platform is also subject to Kajabi’s terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for platform outages or technical issues beyond our control.

11. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are breached.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
