We work at the intersection of applied psychology, adult learning and sustainable behaviour change. In our 40s and 50s, we were navigating our own midlife transitions, and noticed a huge gap. Where was the work that helped women understand what was happening in their brains, their emotions and their sense of self?
We couldnât find it. So we built it.
